Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Social Junk believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Digital Products (Ebooks/Prompts): Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the download link has been generated or sent to the customer. If you face any issues downloading the file, please contact support for assistance.
Marketing Services: Refunds for marketing services are governed by the specific service agreement or contract. In the absence of a specific agreement, requests for refunds on services already commenced or delivered will not be entertained.
Defective/Damaged Items: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within [7] days of receipt of the products.
Refund Processing: In case any refund is approved by The Social Junk, it will take [6-8] days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
